Isn't it pretty to think so?

A conversation I had with Nurse Katherine yesterday

Me: I didn't think I could get pregnant on my own anymore.
Nurse Katherine (in a thick southern accent): Well ya know what? I have two children. The month after I had my first, I got pregnant again! So, both of my children are less than a year apart!! I didn't think I could get pregnant either because I was breast feeding.
Me: Yeah...it's really not the same thing AT ALL...

In going over the protocol for my upcoming mock cycle...

Me: Will I be using Mircette birth control pills this time? Because I have some of those left over from my last cycle.
Nurse Katherine: No, you will be using (something else). But you should save the Mircette in case you ever need them for another cycle.
Me: Um...I think what you meant to say was, "Oh, well, you won't be needing those because we're gonna get you some babies with this next cycle, and you won't ever have to cycle again!"
Nurse: **eye roll**

This was my first meeting with me new nurse. Let's hear it for my ability to win friends and influence people!
